If your data and time is not important, then that might be okay with you. They will usually always choose the "time" option, and wipe your server, rather than the "fix" option. All my other 18 dedicated servers are elsewhere. I have a secondary DNS server hosted with them that I provide free DNS services for almost 10 years. One day, I couldn't log into my secondary DNS server. I later found out that they sent me an AUP email message because a spammer was using my DNS. I received the same message from another provider I host with regarding this same issue, and I removed the spammer immediately. Now, fast forward one month, I login to do maintenance on my secondary DNS, and find that I can not connect. I later found out that because I did not reply to 1 email sent to me by severbeach a month ago, they "reclaimed" my server. That is a nice way of saying, they wiped off all the data without contacting me, and closed my account. That is a good way of telling a good long time customer that you really do not care about their DATA or TIME. So if you want to deal with a company, that ACTS rashly, and asks questions later, without regard for your expense. Try http://Superb.net instead.
