If they had a specific name that the news company had been calling them, adding that name to the article that is optimizing the search is a great way to gain potential customers.
People are attracted to what is familiar to them. When they see an article or advertisement that uses words that they understand they are going to be much more likely to feel connected to the article which makes them more likely to click on the link. Using the local language and using events that have happened locally are a great way to attract customers. This is why choosing a local SEO company is such a great idea.
When I say local, I don’t necessarily mean that you should be living in the same area that the company you are hiring is located. What local means is that the website that you’re trying to optimize should be based off of the same general location that the SEO company works from. These people speak the same language as the company that they are trying to optimize does. This means that the local population who are searching for their local jeweler are going to be attracted to the familiarity that these local article writers can provide.
If you’re still confused about why local SEO companies are preferable, think of it this way. If optimizing a search engine didn’t consist of article writing and the only benefit gained by the company was the higher spot on the search engine, then local companies would be pointless.
